Annual billing saves US$98 over twelve months at the monthly rate. Monthly billing offers more flexibility without an annual commitment.

Yes. You can change to annual billing later. The change will normally take effect from your next billing cycle.

Yes. You can cancel before the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

No. Existing founding customers retain their current rate while the qualifying subscription remains continuously active. New subscriptions use the public plans shown on the pricing page.

Credits are used when you create finished published outputs. Editing, in-editor previews and static exports are free.

Yes. You can preview your work in the editor without using publishing credits.

A published interactive chart uses one credit.

A final video export uses three credits.

No. The 30 credits included with your plan reset each monthly billing cycle and do not roll over.

Yes. You can purchase top-up credits from Usage & Billing when you need additional publishing capacity.

No. Purchased top-up credits remain available on your account until they are used.

Eeagli uses any available top-up credits after your included monthly credits have been consumed. If no credits remain, publishing pauses until you purchase more or your monthly allowance resets. Editing and free activities remain available.

Yes. Organisations can arrange founder-led onboarding, branding and template setup, workflow configuration, training and support for their first publications.

Enterprise plans are arranged directly for organisations that need custom team structures, governance, procurement support, security requirements, customised allowances, invoicing or rollout planning.

Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. Available payment methods are selected dynamically according to your location, currency, purchase type and Stripe’s eligibility rules.

Eeagli’s canonical self-service prices are displayed in US dollars. Stripe may automatically present and charge an equivalent amount in your local currency at checkout. You will see the currency and final amount before confirming payment.

Yes. Stripe or Link provides the relevant receipt or billing record after purchase. Enterprise customers receive invoicing according to their agreement.

Yes. The advertised self-service prices include applicable indirect taxes. Stripe calculates the appropriate treatment from your billing location and displays the final tax and currency information before you confirm payment.

Yes. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Your renewal date and billing records are available through the relevant subscription-management page.
