These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Eeagli Chart Studio platform.
Eeagli Chart Studio is operated by Eeagli GmbH, a Swiss limited liability company registered in Wädenswil, Switzerland.
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the service
Eeagli Chart Studio is provided as a professional data visualisation platform for creating charts, animations, and interactive outputs.
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs within your account.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for managing access within your workspace and ensuring only authorised users use the platform.
Eeagli may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security or operational risks.
Subscriptions and billing
Access to Eeagli Chart Studio may be provided through subscription plans, trial access, pilot access, or enterprise agreements.
Subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing cycle selected at purchase unless cancelled before renewal.
Monthly plans remain active until the end of the current monthly billing period if cancelled.
Annual plans remain active until the end of the annual term if cancelled.
Plans may include defined usage allowances, including publishing allowances, storage limits, or other usage entitlements.
Certain actions within the platform may consume publishes or usage allowances depending on plan configuration. These actions may include downloading video files, generating embeds, generating shareable outputs, or other publishing actions.
If usage exceeds the included allowance, additional usage may require purchasing publish bundles or upgrading the plan.
The price, billing period, currency and final total shown at checkout form part of your purchase. For local-currency checkout, the amount shown by the payment provider before confirmation is the amount charged.
Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, subscription fees are non-refundable.
Payments, taxes and merchant of record
New self-serve subscriptions and credit purchases may be processed through Stripe Managed Payments. For those transactions, Sold through Link, LLC ("Link") acts as merchant of record and facilitates the sale on Eeagli's behalf. Checkout and receipts identify when a purchase is sold through Link.
For Managed Payments transactions, Link handles payment collection, applicable indirect-tax calculation, collection and remittance, transaction-level support, receipts and subscription management. Eeagli remains responsible for providing the Eeagli service and for product and account support.
Public Studio prices are displayed in US dollars and include applicable VAT, GST or sales tax. Where supported, Stripe may present and charge a local currency based on location. The final currency, converted amount and total are shown before payment. The exchange rate used for local presentation may include a currency-conversion margin applied by Stripe.
Existing founding subscriptions and some direct or enterprise arrangements continue to be billed by Eeagli through Stripe Billing or under a separate agreement. Those purchases are not converted into Managed Payments unless expressly agreed. Their existing price and billing arrangement continue while the subscription remains active, subject to these Terms and any separately agreed terms.
Payment methods available at checkout depend on location, currency and purchase type. Card details are collected and processed by Stripe or Link and are not stored by Eeagli.
Customer content
Customers retain ownership of the data they upload and the visualisations they create using the platform.
By using the service you grant Eeagli a limited licence to host, process, store, and transmit your content for the purpose of delivering and improving the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights required for any data used in the platform.
Platform intellectual property
The Eeagli platform, including its software, design, and underlying technology, remains the intellectual property of Eeagli and its licensors.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of the platform itself.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform to:
- violate any applicable laws or regulations
- upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
- interfere with the operation or security of the service
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
- abuse platform compute, rendering, storage, or publishing resources
Eeagli reserves the right to suspend access if the platform is used in a manner that threatens service integrity or violates these Terms.
You are responsible for the charts, data, and visualisations you publish using the platform.
Service availability
Eeagli works to maintain reliable platform performance and availability. However, the service is provided on an “as available” basis.
Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of their own source data and exported outputs.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time according to the billing terms of your plan.
Managed Payments subscriptions are managed through Link. Existing direct-billed subscriptions are managed through the Stripe Billing portal. Eeagli directs signed-in customers to the appropriate management service from the Usage & billing page.
Eeagli may suspend or terminate access to the service if these Terms are violated or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Upon termination, access to the platform may be restricted and data may be deleted according to the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eeagli will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
The total liability of Eeagli in connection with the service will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the service during the preceding twelve months.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
The courts of Zürich, Switzerland shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
